Requisitos Tecnicos:
What You'll Bring: +10 years of experience in similar positions Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Strong knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee retention Exceptional skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving Ability to lead and motivate teams Results-oriented and analytical skills C1 - Advanced: Proficient in the language, able to handle most situations, including professional contexts.
