What You'll Be Doing:
Defining our communication strategy to facilitate exponential brand growth.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure brand alignment.
Crafting compelling narratives that bring our vision to life.
Improving internal communications and increasing employee engagement.
Leading the effort for our brand refresh and multimedia content.
Generating captivating content across diverse channels.
Being proactive and prepared for crisis management.
Supervising projects to ensure all content is publication-ready.
Addressing communication-related issues promptly.
Preparing and managing the organization's communication budget.
Proven experience in technology companies, preferably in a B2B environment.
Requisitos Tecnicos:

8-10 years of communication experience
Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
Strong leadership capabilities
A positive, hands-on team player
Resilience under tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills in English
